When we bought our home we were extremely pleased with the level of service provided to us, even after we moved in. Sure they gave us a one-year warranty but Avi made it a point to let us know that we could contact him directly to discuss any issues whatsoever, even after the 12 month warranty period expired. Whether we text, telephone or e-mail, his smart phone is always on and we get a callback right away. Avi stopped by every day to oversee the progress and chase all and any concerns that we had. Avi’s creativity and ability to reshape any space are what make his remodels so special. My house is a complete renovation of a 1920 villa. It was a three-flat that Avi converted into a single-family home. He kept the exterior character, but gutted the inside to create a loft-style interior with exposed brick, timber, copper pipes and mechanicals. The property is on the Chicago River and he moved the existing garage to the front to free up the riverbank for a beautiful deck and backyard. The full gut renovation only took about 7 months and the result is a totally modern residence that maintains its original architectural details
